Each month you'll receive 500g of natural, grain-free treats - each pack contains a mix but our main focus is sending you treats with natural ingredients, no unnecessary fillers (e.g. corn or wheat) and high percentages of real ingredients such as meat and vegetables.

We pack and deliver our monthly subscriptions in the first week of every month, if you place your initial order after this, you'll receive your first pack the following month.

You will receive your treats in a resealable pouch, however we recommend transferring them into your usual treat container or an airtight box or jar for optimal storage.

Unfortunately, as a very small business, we are currently unable to offer a variety of pack sizes. If you require more than 500g/month, you can order more than one pack.

You can purchase a 100g surprise mixed pack and all of our treats are available to buy as individual 100g bags.

All of our treats are grain free but if your dog has more specific dietary requirements our subscriptions have a few different options, including chicken free, beef free and dairy free.

Being able to cater for all dogs is something we hope to work on in the future so if you can't find the option you need please get in touch and let us know.

Alternatively, we have a pick & mix option where you can select your own treats (all ingredients are listed on the the product pages).

We're sorry to hear you'd like to cancel, if you'd just like a break you can pause your subscription until you are ready to receive deliveries again. Otherwise, we'd really appreciate any feedback you could give us on why you'd like to cancel as we're always trying to improve what we do.
